Si Hong Seok-cheon (홍석천, 洪錫天, ipinanganak Pebrero 3, 1971) ay isang artista, dating modelo, may-ari ng restawran at kasapi ng Partido Demokratiko sa Paggawa sa bansang Timog Korea. Noong 2000, lumabas siya at ipinahayag na siya ay isang bakla, at nanatiling bilang ang pinakakilalang hayag na bakla sa Korea.[1][2][3] Noong 2018, binunyag niya siya ay ikatlong pinsan ni Taeyong ng NCT.[4]

Si Hong Seok-cheon ay ipinanganak sa Cheongyang County sa South Chungcheong Province. Sinimulan niya ang kanyang karera sa paglilibang bilang isang lalaking modelo, at ginawa ang kanyang screen debut noong 1994 bilang isang reporter para sa Live TV Information Center. Noong 1995, nanalo siya ng bronze prize sa KBS Comedian Festival (para sa mga mag-aaral sa kolehiyo). Dahil sa kanyang kagalingan at komiks, nagpunta si Hong sa isang masiglang karera sa South Korean television, na lumalabas sa mga programang pambata at iba't-ibang palabas, gayundin sa mga sitcom at sa mga dramas.[5][3]
