Si Luis Antonio Tagle (Latin: Aloysius Antonius Tagle; Italyano: Ludovico Antonio Tagle) (ipinanganak noong ika-21 ng Hunyo, 1957, sa Maynila) ay isang paring kardinal ng Simbahang Katoliko Romano sa Pilipinas, titulado ng Simbahan ng San Felice da Cantalice sa Centocelle[1][2] at de facto Primado ng Pilipinas. [3][4] Sinundan niya si Gaudencio Kardinal Rosales upang makapaglingkod bilang Arsobispo ng Maynila.
Si Tagle ay naging kasangkot sa maraming mga isyung-panlipunan sa Pilipinas na may diin sa pagtulong sa mahihirap at sa maralita habang pinapanatili ang pagsalungat laban sa ateismo,[5][6] aborsyon,[7] kontrasepsyon,[8] at ang Reproductive Health Bill.
Itinalaga si Tagle sa mismong Kapistahan ng Mahal na Birhen ng Guadalupe at kasalukuyang pinamamahalaan ang Arkidiyosesis ng Maynila kasama ang inang simbahan nito, ang Katedral-Basilika ng Kalinis-linisang Paglilihi bilang arsobispo.[9]
Noong ika-24 ng Nobyembre, 2012, ginawaran ng Santo Papa Benedicto XVI si Tagle bilang Kardinal sa Basilika ni San Pedro sa Lungsod ng Batikano.[10][11]
