Si Emmanuel "Manny" Colendra Pacquiao, (isinilang noong Disyembre 17, 1978), ay isang Filipino propesyunal na boksingero at pulitiko. Siya ang kauna-unahang kampeyon ng walong dibisyon [3] at nanalo ng sampung titulo, unang nakakamit ng panalou sa Lineal Championship sa apat na ibat-ibang klase ng timbang[4].
Binansagan si Pacquiao ng "Fighter of the Decade" noong 2000s ng Boxing Writers Association of America (BWAA), World Boxing Council (WBC) at World Boxing Organization (WBO). Siya rin at is also ay tatlong beses naging "Fighter of the Year" sa mga taong 2006, 2008 at 2009 ng The Ring at BWAAA. Best Fighter ESPY Award rin sya noong 2009 at 2011.[5]
