Parameters[baguhin ang wikitext]
- name - defaults to the variable {{PAGENAME}}. Thus, it has not been added to the list above. When specifying, do not wikilink the information.
- image / width / caption - used in conjunction to display images. All are independent and thus can be included or left out on an individual basis. Width defaults to 200px, so there is no need to use it unless this value needs to be changed. Caption displays small text, so there is no need to specify font size in the field. When specifying, do not wikilink the information. Null fields can be removed from the box.
- currentteam - used to display the team that currently employs the said player. This also determines the colors used in the infobox. When specifying, do not wikilink the information.
- currentnumber - used to display the players current jersy number. When specifying, do not wikilink the information. If player does not have a jersey number, please remove the field.
- currentposition - used to display the players current and most frequently played position. Positions must be listed as they are at Category:American football positions. When specifying, do not include the parenthetical information and do not wikilink the information. Alternatively, currentpositionplain may be used for players who play multiple positions or if they play a non-standard position for which you would like to specify a custom link. (eg, "whip", "rover", etc)
- birthdate - used to display the players' date of birth. Recommended format relies on the {{birth date and age}} template. Wikilinks are acceptable.
- birthplace / country - used to display the players' place of birth. If the player was born in an United States territory or state, the country flag is autofilled. In the event the player was not born in a US territory or state, please set country value in accordance with {{flagicon}}. When specifying, do not wikilink the information.
- heightft/heightin) / weight - used to display the players physical dimensions as listed at NFL.com. Use either height is or heightft+heightin. Weight should be the players weight in pounds. Only enter the numerical value. When specifying, do not wikilink the information.
- debutyear / debutteam - used to display the relevant information for when the player first appeared in a regular season National Football League game. When specifying, do not wikilink the information.
- highlights - used to display career awards and highlights for the player. Wikilinks are acceptable. The <nowiki></nowiki> text is included as a workaround, do not remove it. The generally accepted bullet point is *. If a player does not have any notable achievements, removing the field will display "No notable achievements".
- college - used to display the college institution(s) the player attended prior to joining the NFL. Wikilinks are acceptable. Null fields can be removed from the box.
- draftyear / draftround / draftpick - used to display the player's NFL Draft information. When specifying, do not wikilink the information. Null fields can be removed from the box.
- pastteams' - used to display the teams which the players has played for and his current team. The <nowiki></nowiki> text is included as a workaround, do not remove it. The generally accepted bullet point is *. Teams from other professional leagues (Canadian Football League, Arena Football League, etc.) are acceptable.
- pfr / cbs / espn / si are used to link to an external link for the player's statics. Only one site can be used at a time. Null fields can be removed from the box.
- "pfr" links to the players' profile on pro-football-reference.com or
- "cbs" links to the players' profile on sportsline.com or
- "espn" links to the players' profile on espn.com or
- "si" links to the players' profile on sportsillustrated.com
