Si Henri-Benjamin Constant de Rebecque (Pranses: [kɔ̃stɑ̃]; o Benjamin Constant (25 Oktubre 1767 - 8 Disyembre 1830)) ay isang Suwekong-Pranses na politiko, aktibista at manunulat sa politika at relihiyon. Siya ang maykatha ng nobelang Adolphe.
