Ang Miss Universe Philippines 2021 ay ang ikalawang edisyon ng Miss Universe Philippines pageant, na ginanap sa Henann Resort Convention Center sa Alona Beach, Panglao, Bohol noong 30 Setyembre 2021.[1][2][3] Orihinal na nakatakdang gaganapin ang kompetisyon noong 25 Setyembre 2021.[4][5] Gayunpaman, ito ay ipinagpaliban sa 30 Setyembre 2021 dahil sa biglaang pagtaas ng mga kaso ng COVID-19 sa Pilipinas.[6][7][8]

Pagkatapos ng kompetisyon, kinoronahan ni Rabiya Mateo ng Lungsod ng Iloilo si Beatrice Gomez ng Lungsod ng Cebu bilang Miss Universe Philippines 2021.[9] Siya ay kumatawan sa Pilipinas sa Miss Universe 2021 na ginanap sa Eilat, Israel noong 13 Disyembre 2021 kung saan siya ay nagtapos bilang isang pinalista.[10][11] Kinoronahan bilang Miss Universe Philippines Tourism 2021 si Katrina Dimaranan ng Taguig at kinoronahan bilang Miss Universe Philippines Charity 2021 si Victoria Vincent ng Kabite, habang nagtapos bilang 1st runner-up si Maureen Wroblewitz ng Pangasinan at nagtapos bilang second runner-up si Steffi Aberasturi ng Cebu.[12]

Mga kandidata mula sa dalawampu't-walong lungsod at lalawigan ang lumahok sa kompetisyong ito.[13] Pinangunahan ni KC Montero ang kompetisyon sa ikalawang pagkakataon.[14] Nagtanghal sina Sam Concepcion at Michael Pangilinan sa edisyong ito.[15][16]
