Ang Beauty and the Beast (sa Filipino: Ang Maganda at ang Halimaw) ay isang pelikulang animasyon na ginawa noong 1991 ng Walt Disney Feature Animation at ipinamamahagi ng Walt Disney Pictures. Beauty and the Beast ipinalabas sa mga sinehan noong 13 Nobyembre 1991. Ito ang ika-tatlumpung pelikula sa serye ng Walt Disney Animated Classics. Batay ito sa kuwentong-bibit na La Belle et la Bête ni Jeanne-Marie Le Prince de Beaumont[1] at ginamitan ng ilang konsepto mula sa isang pelikula noong 1946 na may kaparehong pamagat.[2] Umiikot ang kuwento sa isang prinsipeng nagbagong-anyo at naging halimaw na si Beast, at ang dilag na si Belle na ikinulong niya sa kanyang kastilyo. Upang bumalik sa dating anyo, dapat siyang umibig kay Belle at mapaibig din niya ito bago pa man malagas ang huling talulot ng isang mahiwagang bulaklak at kung hindi, siya'y mananatiling halimaw habang-buhay.

Ito ang ikatlong pelikulang animasyong ipinalabas sa panahong tinawag na Disney Renaissance, na nagsimula noong 1989 nang ipalabas ang The Little Mermaid at natapos nang ipalabas ang Tarzan noong 1999.
