Русский: В лазоревом (синем, голубом) поле серебряный с червлёными (красными) крышами город, стоящий на волнообразно пересечённой зелёной и серебряной узкой оконечности и сопровождаемый во главе оком Божиим в золотом лучистом треугольнике; по сторонам города возникают золотые липы. Девиз «ПОД СИМ В БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ НЕМАН» начертан синими литерами на серебряной ленте. Латинский текст девиза - «SUB EIS TUTA RAGNETA».
