Ang Unibersidad ng Nairobi (UoN) ay isang unibersidad para sa pananaliksik na nakabase sa Nairobi. Ito ay isa sa pinakamalaking unibersidad sa Kenya. Kahit na nagsimula ang kasaysayan nito bilang isang institusyong pang-edukasyon noong 1956, ito ay hindi maging isang malayang unibersidad hanggang 1970.
