Wilfredo Beltran Alicdan[1] (ipinanganak noong Pebrero 22, 1965 sa Dasmariñas, Cavite)[2][3] ay isang piguratibang pintor na Filipino.[7][8] Ang kanyang mga gawa ay nakikilala sa pamamagitan ng kanilang mga kakatwa at heometriko na representasyon ng katutubong tao, na pinuno ng mga bilog na naglalarawan sa istilo ng mga pigura na karaniwang nakikibahagi sa mga tradisyonal at pang-bukid na gawain.[3]
Ang kanyang mga unang gawa ay simple, na may mga patag na kulay at kalat-kalat na mga detalye,[9] nakakatawa,[10] at madalas na naglalarawan ng buhay pamilya na kinuha niya mula sa kanyang mga alaala sa pagkabata bilang panganay na kapatid sa pitong nakababatang kapatid.[11][12]

Si Alicdan at nagtapos ng elementarya noonh 1978 sa Paaralang Pang-alaala ng Francisco E. Barzaga sa Dasmariñas. Nagtapos siya ng hayskul sa Immaculate Conception Academy noong 1982 na may gintong medalya para sa gawad na "Artist of the Year". Nag-aral siya ng fine arts sa Philippine Women's University mula 1983 hanggang 1986.[5]

Si Alicdan ay sumusuporta sa UNICEF na ginagawa ang kaniyang mga artwork na greeting card para makatulong sa mga bata.[13][14][15]
Noong 1989, sumali si Alicdan sa Metrobank Painting Competition at naging honorable mention.[16] Noong 1996, sumali siya sa Art Association of the Philippines (AAP) Annual Art Competition.[17] Noong 2003, nirepresenta niya ang Pilipinas sa RENGA (Linked-Image) Project.[18] Noong 2017, sumali siya sa Art and Advocacy, isang art auction para sa B-Aware, isang Hepatitis B awareness campaign ng Hepatology Society of the Philippines.[19][20]

Si Alicdan ay pinalista sa 1992 Philippine Art Awards sa Makati.[kailangan ng sanggunian] Noong 2007, siya ay ginawaran ng 5th General Emilio Aguinaldo Outstanding Achievement Award para sa Sining-Biswal sa Tagaytay.[18][41]
