Padron:Userlinks was an editor on Wikipedia. Prior to being blocked and banned indefinitely, he was an edit warrior who was blocked persistently for edit warring and was subject to many reports to AN3 including ANI.

He was initially temporarily blocked for moving against consensus on Commonwealth of the Philippines but was later extended to an indefinite block after continued move warring while being blocked. He was later de facto banned. A record of this is kept at the Administrators Noticeboard archive. Since his block and ban, he has used numerous sockpuppets, most recently using open proxies to circumvent detection from checkuser and the community as well as circumvent rangeblocks.

Modus operandi

Most edits are towards articles within the scope of WP:Tambayan Philippines or articles that mentions the Philippines, the ASEAN, the Third World, American Idol, Palestine, Template talk:Did you know, Lost, Southeast Asia, colonialism, ethnic groups, television, languages, religion, celebrities, or singers. Recent edits are using IPs that are open proxies or accounts that are using open proxies. Like the main account, he still causes edit wars. The most recent example is HoppingHare (talk • contribs) where he was blocked for edit warring. This was before the account was identified as 23prootie.

He likes to play innocent. Examples include this thread on ANI, Reincarnata (talk • contribs), and 42sunflourz (talk • contribs). However, he evidently through his editing distinguishes himself as not being a typical new user. Occasionally, he uses ignore all rules in his explanations. An example of this can be found in the ANI link above and his talk page.

He also has a strong liking to the Baybayin script. He has tried to push for a Baybayin written encyclopedia and is evident with his main account and another sock, Buhay Tao (talk • contribs) which was previously written in the Baybayin script
