Ang Altai Republic (Ruso: Респу́блика Алта́й, Respublika Altay; Altay: Алтай Республика, Altay Respublika) ay isang kasakupang pederal ng Rusya (isang republika). Bayan ng Gorno-Altaysk ang kabisera nito. Ang lawak ng republika ay 92,600 kilometro kwadrado (35,800 sq mi) na may populasyong 206,195 (Paunang labas ng Sensus ng 2010).[6]
