This category contains templates that are "deprecated" – they have been superseded by another template, often because the new template is more flexible or combines the features of two previously separate templates.

To add a template to this category, use:

<noinclude>{{tdeprecated|template name|replacement}}</noinclude>

if the template is still used. If the template is no longer transcluded into any pages, preferably either nominate it for deletion, or set it as a redirect to the replacement template. If this cannot be done for some reason, then use:

{{tdeprecated|template name|replacement|date=Hunyo 2019}}

The "date" parameter places templates in the appropriate subcategory of Category:Deprecated templates by date.
