Ang punong ministro ng Letonya (Leton: ministru prezidents) ay ang pinakamakapangyarihang miyembro ng Gobyerno ng Latvia, na namumuno sa Latvian Cabinet of Ministers. Ang nanunungkulan ay hinirang ng presidente ng Latvia, ngunit kailangang makakuha ng suporta ng mayoryang parlyamentaryo sa Saeima.
