Ang punong ministro ng Moldabya (Rumano: Prim-ministrul) ay ang Moldova's pinuno ng gobyerno. Ang punong ministro ay pormal na hinirang ng presidente ng Moldova at gumagamit ng kapangyarihang tagapagpaganap kasama ng gabinet, na napapailalim sa suporta ng parlyamentaryo.
