List of all local Tagalog Wikipedia uploads with no fair use tags

If you have time, can you provide a list of all local files here on Tagalog Wikipedia that have no fair use tags, so that those eligible ones can be transferred to Wikimedia Commons? I recently transferred one (File:Bundokbanahaw.JPG) to Commons, though I refrained from exporting File:NIYES facade.JPG due to no-FoP issue. I posted message to you since you are involved in an ongoing c:COM:VPP discussion regarding GFDL-only files in many smaller local wikis.

- I have tagged a few of them with the SPEEDY ({{Burahin}}) tag since those are essentially duplicates of Commons copies.

- Also I have ficxxed Template:NowCommons so it clearly shows if the file name on Commons is the same or not. If the name is different we should replace the local usage. - Most files under Kategorya:PD-Philippines are very suspicious. These are all artworks from anime, and are certainly not in public domain, both in the Philippines and in Japan (which I suspect is the physical country of origin). These need to be relicensed.
