Ang wikang Cherokee (Wikang Cherokee ᏣᎳᎩ ᎦᏬᏂᎯᏍᏗ Tsalagi Gawonihisdi) ay isang wikang Iroquoian [9] na sinasalita sa mga taong Cherokee.[5][6][7] Ito lang ang may pamilyang wikang timog Iroquoian at nagiiba ng significantly mula sa ibang pamilyang wikang Iroquoian.
