Ang Carmelray Industrial Park 1 o (CIP-1) ay matatagpuan sa Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna, Pilipinas ay isang pribadong pang-industriya, pang-trabaho, Ito ay may laking ektarya at espasyo na 270 at nag binubuo ng Phase 1 at Phase 2 na sakop ay 95 at 135 na ektarya,[1]Ito ay buo nang Integrado ng industriyalismo at humahawak ng ng mga pasilidad para maisukat ang tamang lawak at laki ito ay binabase sa mga lokator (kompanya) mula sa industriyalismong pasilidad, ang CIP1 ay isang administratibong sumusuporta at nag seserbisyo sa mga lokators at kabilang ang mga komersyal na distrito.[2][3]
