Si Omar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir (Arabe: عمر حسن أحمد البشير‎, ipinanganak 1 Enero 1944) ang kasalukuyang Pangulo ng Sudan at ang pinuno ng partidong Pambansang Kapulungan. Naluklok siya sa pwesto nang pinangunahan niya noong 1989 ang grupo ng mga opisyal ng sundalo sa isang matiwasay na kudeta na nagpatalmik sa pamahalaan ni Punong Ministro Sadiq al-Mahdi.^[1]
