Si Eratostenes ng Sireno (Griyego Ἐρατοσθένης, bandang 276 BK[1] – bandang 195 BK[2]) ay isang Griyegong matematiko, makata ng elehiya (malungkot na tula), atleta, heograpo, astronomo, at teorista ng musika.

Pero ayon kay Strabo (Heograpiya, i.2.2), na isa siyang "mag-aaral" (γνωριμος) ni Zeno ng Citium (na namatay noong 262 BK), na nagpapahiwatig ng isang mas maagang taon ng kapanganakan (bandang 285 BK) dahil hindi siya maaaring nakapag-aral sa ilalim ni Zeno sa napakabatang gulang na 14. Subalit maaaring ring mangahulugan ang γνωριμος bilang "taong kakilala," at hindi masasabing tiyak ang petsa ng kamatayan ni Zeno.
