Habang ang Parada ng Bansa sa Palaro ng Timog Silangang Asya 2019 seremonya ng pagbubukas, simula sa 19:00 PST (UTC+8) sa 30 Nobyembre 2019, athletang tindig ng mga watawat ng kanilang kapwang bansa ay kanilang pambansang delegasyon bilang sila ay parada papasok ang Philippine Arena sa Bocaue, Bulacan, pinauna ay kanilang bandila at placard bearer. Bawat isa sa flag bearer/s ay napili alinman ay ang bansang National Olympic Committee o ang athletang kanilang sarili. Ang host country, ay ang Philippines ay ipasok bilang ang huling koponan. 11 Filipina mga may hawak ng pamagat ay maglilingkod bilang kalamnan para bawat isa ang 11 mga kalahok na bansa.[1]

English will be used to organize the Parade of Nations.
