Ang Belarusian People's Republic[2][3][4] (BNR; Biyeloruso: Беларуская Народная Рэспубліка, romanisado: Bielaruskaja Narodnaja Respublika, БНР), o Belarusian Democratic Republic, ay isang estado na idineklara ng Konseho ng Belarusian Democratic Republic sa Second Constituent Charter nito noong 9 Marso 1918 noong World War I. Ipinahayag ng Konseho na independyente ang Belarusian Democratic Republic sa Third Constituent Charter nito noong 25 Marso 1918 sa panahon ng pagsakop sa kontemporaryong Belarus ng Imperial German Army.[5]
