Ang Unibersidad ng Boston (Ingles: Boston University, karaniwang tinutukoy bilang BU) ay isang pribadong unibersidad sa pananaliksik na matatagpuan sa Boston, Massachusetts, Estados Unidos. Ang university ay nonsectarian,[1] at historikal na konektado sa Nagkakaisang Metodistang Simbahan.[2][3]

Ang BU ay may kategoryang R1: Doctoral University (napakataas na aktibidad ng pananaliksik) ayon sa Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education.[4] Ang BU ay isang miyembro ng Boston Consortium for Higher Education[5] at  Association of American Universities.

Kabilang sa mga nagtapos at kasalukuyang o dating miyembro ng kaguruan ay walong Nobel Laureates, 23 Pulitzer Prize winners, 10 Rhodes Scholars,[6][7] anim na Marshall Scholars,[8] 48 Sloan Fellows,[9] siyam na Academy Award winners, at sa ilang nagwagi ng Emmy at Tony Award. Ang BU din ay may mga MacArthur, Fulbright, Truman at Guggenheim Fellowship holders maging mga miyembro ng American Academy of Arts and Sciences at National Academy of Sciences sa mga gradweyt at guro. Noong 1876, inimbento ng propesor ng BU na si Alexander Graham Bell ang telepono sa isang laboratoryo ng unibersidad.
