This is not a promotional material, which can be seen also in the full English version but a research program that should be natural part of the Wikiversity. The Filipino seafarers constitute a most important part of all seafarers globally Wiki Filipino seamen also called the "manning capital" and it is a research program that can help them also. We are an international NGO with no fiscal interests members of the International Maritime Health Association (IMHA) with two previous international ISMH conferences in Manila.There are lots of references in the research protocols in our collaboration with the OMEGA-NET Cohorts, the ICOH and the EPICOH references in the last paragraph to the international background for this program. The intention to support the youngest seafarers globally, especially for the 250.000 young Filipino seamen that are trained every year. We intend to apply the monitoring program of health and safety in the maritime universities in Manila and other in the Filippines. I will add this information in the top of the program. To help Filipino seamen and all other workers I kindly ask you to restore the Wikiversity,
