Yoshihiro Akiyama (Hapones: 秋山 成勲 Hepburn: Akiyama Yoshihiro), ay isang Timog Koreano-Hapones mixed martial artist at judoka. Si Akiyama ay nanalo ng gold medal sa 2001 Asian Championships para sa Timog Korea, at para naman sa Japan noong 2002 sa Asian Games.
A fourth-generation Japanese of Korean descent, he acquired Japanese nationality in 2001. He is the former K-1 HERO's Light Heavyweight Grand Prix Tournament Champion.
