Ang Katedral ng Birhen del Pilar o higit na karinawang tinutukoy na Katedral ng Imus, ay isang katedral ng Simbahang Katoliko sa lungsod ng Imus sa lalawigan ng Cavite sa Pilipinas. Ito ang nagsisilbing luklukan ng Diyosesis ng Imus na sumasakop sa lahat ng parokya sa Cavite. Ang patron ng lungsod at ng diyosesis ay ang Birhen del Pilar o Nuestra Señora del Pilar, bukod pa rito itinuturing ding patron ng lungsod si San Juan Bautista at San Jose. Ipinagdiriwang taon-taon, tuwing Oktubre 12 ang kapistahan ng lungsod.
