Ang Medes ( /midz/)[N 1] (from Old Persian [Māda-] error: {{lang}}: text has italic markup (help)) ay mga Sinaunang taong Iranyano[N 2] na tumira sa Iran sa isang area na kilala bilang Media at nagsalita ng hilagang-kanlurang wikang Iraninano na tinutukoy na wikang Median. Ang kanilang pagdating sa rehiyon ay nauugnay sa unang alon ng mga tribong Iraniko noong huli nang ikalawang milenyo BCE(ang pagguho ng Panahong Tanso) hanggang sa pagsisimula ng unang milenyo BCE.
