Ang Pandaigdigang Araw ng AIDS (Ingles:World AIDS Day), na ginaganap tuwing ika-1 ng Disyembre bawat taon, ay inihahandog upang palawakin ang kamalayan tungkol sa AIDS na lumalaganap dahil sa inpeksyong HIV. Ginugunita ito ng mga pamahalaan at mga opisyal ng kalusugan, na kadalasang may mga talumpati o pagtitipon patungkol sa AIDS.
Kumitil ng mahigit sa 25 milyong katao ang AIDS sa pagitan ng 1981 at 2007,[1] at tinatayang 33.2 milyong katao sa daigdig ang nabubuhay na may HIV noong 2007,[2] upang maging dahilan para ituring itong isa sa pinakamalalang epidemya sa nakatalang kasaysayan. Sa kabila ng mga bagong pamamaraan ng paggagamot at pangangalaga sa maraming rehiyon sa daigdig, ang epidemya ng AIDS ay kumitil ng tinatayang 2 milyong buhay noong 2007,[3] kung saan 270,000 ay mga bata.[4]
