Si Gerald Randolph Opsima Anderson, Jr. (ipinanganak noong 7 Marso 1989) ay isang Pilipino-Amerikanong artista sa Pilipinas. Una siyang nakita sa reality-show na Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition at isa siya sa Big 4 ng programa. Siya ang tinaguriang Ang Amboy Hottie from Gen San at Dance Heartthrob sa palabas. Katambal niya si Kim Chiu na kasama niya sa Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition. Naging tanyag din siya dahil sa dramang pantelebisyong Sana Maulit Muli.[1]

Ipinanganak siya sa Ospital ng Hukbong Dagat ng Estados Unidos sa Subic Bay, Zambales[1] kina Gerald Randolph Anderson, Sr. at Evangeline Opsima (de Guzman sa unang asawa) na may dalawa pang mga anak na babae, sina Jen at Darling. May isa pang kapatid na lalaki si Anderson, si Kenneth. Isang Amerikanong instruktor sa Hukbong Dagat ng Pilipinas ang ama niyang si Gerarld Randolph Anderson, Sr., at nagpapabalik-balik sa Estados at Pilipinas. Noong tatlong taong gulang pa lamang si Gerald Anderson, Jr., tumira sila sa San Antonio, Teksas. Noong anim na anyos na, lumipat sila sa Springfield, Missouri. Nang maging 14 na taong gulang na, bumalik sila sa Lungsod ng General Santos, Pilipinas.[1]

Sa General Santos niya nakilala ang artistang Pilipinong si Joross Gamboa. Ipinakilala siya ni Gamboa sa tagapamahala nitong si Jhun Reyes. Dahil dito, napabilang na siya sa unang panahon ng pagpapalabas ng Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition.[1]

Pagkaraan ng "Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition", lumitaw si Anderson sa ilang mga palabas ng ABS-CBN Network at mga patalastas. Lumabas siya sa mga teleseryeng Sana Maulit Muli noong 2007, sa mga pelikulang I've Fallen For You at Shake Rattle & Roll X. Naging modelo siya para sa mga produktong kasuotan ng Bench at mga produkto rin ng Enervon at Close Up.[1].

"kimerald" ang tawag sa tambalan o love team nina Anderson at Chiu na ginawa ng kanilang mga tagahanga. Lumabas sila sa palabas na Love Spell, Aalog-Alog, at iba pa. Lumabas din ang tambalan nina Anderson at Chiu sa pelikulang First Day High kung saan si Anderson ang tinaguriang "First Day High" at si Chiu ang tinaguriang "Brainy High" ng eskwelahan. Kasama rin nila sina Maja Salvador, Geoff Eigenmann at si Jason Abalos sa pelikula.

Kaugnay ng Sana Maulit Muli, gumanap si Anderson bilang Travis Johnson at si Chiu sa papel na Jasmine Sta. Maria. Noong 2008, gumanap ang dalawa sa Pilipinong bersyon ng Koreanong nobelang My Girl mula Mayo hanggang Setyembre. Noong Oktubre 2008, lumabas silang muli sa palabas pantelebisyong My Only Hope At ngayon mapapanood sila sa "Tayong Dalawa" Kasama si Jake Cuenca. Nagkaroon din sina Anderson and Chiu ng pangalawang palabas sa sinehan na pinamagatang I've Fallen For You.
