Ang Papa ng Koptikong Ortodoksong Simbahan ng Alehandriya o Alexandria ang pinuno ng Koptikong Ortodoksong Simbahan ng Alexandria na may tinatayang 12 hanggang 18 milyong kasapi sa buong mundo kabilang ang mga 10 hanggang 14 milyon sa Ehipto. Ang ika-117 na humahawak ng posisyong ito ay si Papa Shenouda III na namatay noong Maros 17, 2012. Noong Nobyembre 4, 2012, hinirang ng Simbahang Koptiko ang kanilang bagong papa na si Papa Theodoros II. Ang Metropolitanong Pachomios, Metropolitano ng Beheira at Pentapolis ay pinili bilang pinuno ng Banal na Synod at upang umasal bilang Locum tenens (tagapag-ingat) hanggang sa halalan at konsekrasyon ng bagong Papa. Sa pagsunod ng mga tradisyon ng simbahan, ang chairman at pinuno ng Banal na Synod ng Koptikong Ortodoksong Patriarkado ng Alexandria bilang isang una sa mga katumbas. Ang organisasyong ito ang pinakamataas na autoridad ng Simbahan ng Alexandria. Ito ay nagpopormula ng mga patakaran at regulasyon na nauukol sa mga bagay ng organisasyon, pananampalataya at kaayusan ng simbahan. Ang Papa rin ang chairman ng Pangkalahatang Kongregasyong Konseho ng Simbahan.

Bagaman sa kasaysayan ay nauugnay sa siyudad ng Alexandria, Ehipto, ang tirahan at Upuan ng Koptikong Ortodoksong Papa ng Alexandria ay matatagpuan sa Cairo mula pa noong 1047. Ang Papa ay kasalukuyang nakatatag sa Katedral na Koptikong Ortodokso ni San Marcos sa isang compound na kinabibilangan ng palasyong Patriarkal na may karagdagang tirahan sa Monasteryo ni San Pishoy.
