Ang ika-13 dantaon ay isang siglo na tumagal mula Enero 1, 1201 hanggang Disyembre 31, 1300 sang-ayon sa kalendaryong Huliyano.
Sa panahong ito, itinatag ni Genghis Khan ang Imperyong Mongol, na sumakop mula Silangang Asya hanggang Silangang Europa.
