Ang pangalawang pangulo ng Arhentina (Kastila: vicepresidente de Argentina) ay ang pangalawang pinakamataas na posisyong pampulitika sa Argentina, at una sa linya ng paghalili sa presidente ng Argentina.
Ang tanggapan ay itinatag sa pagsasabatas ng Argentine Constitution of 1853.
Inaako ng bise presidente ang mga tungkulin ng pangulo sa isang tagapag-alaga sa kaso ng kawalan o pansamantalang kawalan ng kakayahan ng pinuno ng estado, at maaaring magtagumpay sa pagkapangulo sa kaso ng pagbibitiw, permanenteng kawalan ng kakayahan, o pagkamatay ng pangulo. Ang pinakamahabang panunungkulan sa pagka-bise presidente bilang tagapag-alaga sa kasaysayan ng Argentina ay naganap sa pagitan ng 1865 at 1868, habang si Presidente Bartolomé Mitre ay abala sa Paraguayan War.
