Ang solong Distritong Pambatas ng Lalawigan ng Batanes ang kinatawan ng lalawigan ng Batanes sa mababang kapulungan ng Pilipinas. Mula 1907 hanggang sa muli nitong pagkakatatag noong 1909 ito ay bahagi ng kinakatawan ng distritong pambatas ng lalawigan ng Cagayan. Mula 1978 hanggang 1984 ito ay bahagi ng ikalawang rehiyon.
