Tinatayang may 104 na mga bansa at teritoryo ang nagkaloob ng "walang bisang kailangan" o "bisang makakamtan sa pagdating" na pribilehiyo sa mga nagtataglay ng pasaporte ng Pilipinas. Ang mga bansa o teritoryo na nangangailangan ng bisa bago ng pagdating ay hindi na babanggitin sa ibaba.

Ghana	visa issued upon arrival - a visa can be issued to holders of normal passports presenting a visa on arrival approval obtained from the Ghana Immigration Service (a minimum of 48 hours required) [14]

Liberia	visa issued upon arrival - to those commencing their journey in a country without diplomatic representation of Liberia, provided: - a telex message is sent to the station manager in Monrovia of the transporting airline, containing the following details: name, nationality, number of entry document, flight number and date of arrival, name and address of residence in Liberia and all other relevant details [16]
Libya	visa issued upon arrival - a visa is issued in exceptional cases only. An approval for a visa on arrival must be requested from the delivering carrier in Libya. The approval will only be given after receipt of a copy of a letter of special form from the Libyan immigration authorities confirming that a visa will be granted on arrival at the airport. This copy must be send to the office of the delivering carrier in Libya at least 24 hours in advance [17]
