Ang Palarong Olimpiko sa Tag-Init 2020, na kinilala nang opisyal bilang Palaro ng Ika-XXXII Olimpiyada, ay isang pandaigdigang palarong pampalakasan na itinakdang isasagawa mula 24 Hulyo – 9 Agosto 2020 sa lungsod ng Tokyo, Hapon. Nahalal ang lungsod na ito noong 7 Setyembre 2013 sa ika-125 sesyon ng Pandaigdigang Lupong Olimpiko sa Buenos Aires, Arhentina.[1]

Ang Lungsod ng Tokyo ay dati naging punong abala ng Palarong Olimpiko sa Tag-init 1964.

Pag-bid ng Proseso[baguhin | baguhin ang batayan]

Ang Tokyo, Istanbul at Madrid ang tatlong opisyal na kandidato sa pagka-punong abalang lungsod. Natanggap din ng IOC ang mga anyaya galing Baku at Doha ngunit hindi ito tumuloy sa proseso ng pagkakandidato. Binawi naman ang anyaya galing sa Roma.

Seven venues for nine sports will be located within the central business area of Tokyo, northwest of the Olympic Village. Some of these venues were originally constructed for the 1964 Summer Olympics.
